GreyOrange is seeking a Change & Release Manager I to join their dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for streamlining and improving IT processes through efficient release and change management.
The individual must be ready to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with frequent interactions across internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves owning and managing the release lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the release and change management processes end to end.
- Coordinate release activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain release schedules aligned with business needs.
- Ensure releases are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Evaluate and process change requests efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to release activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments.
- Drive continuous process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Technical Skills:
- Change Management, ITIL, Release Management, Customer facing role
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in release and change management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of industry best practices in release/change processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Certification in change or release management (preferred but not mandatory).
